Hosting is provided by ionos.co.uk, a cost effective virtual server provider.
Because the site is managed within CMS Made Simple, we're not using a "managed" hosting service as we would if we were using
We are using the ionos VPS S package, a single virtual server with Plesk enabled for managing the hosting environment & server operating system upgrades.
Plesk can be accessed via the ionos console, or directly here.
The ionos VPS can be configured to provide an email server but we've migrated away from this in favour of using Google Workspace to take advantage of a more user-friendly & secure email service.
Plesk is configured to perform automated daily incremental backups but they're currently stored on the same VPS server rather than off-site, so this is not fully redundant.
