Accident Records

At the November 2024 Committee Meeting is was agreed that the accident records should be scanned and saved to the Committee's Google Drive and reviewed for trends / lessons learnt at least annually (December). The hardcopy records should then be disposed of so that any personal details are destroyed. Accidents are also recorded on a spreadsheet to simplify trend analysis conducted in accordance with the Committee Calendar.
